3 Drink Ideas Coming Soon

Three Drink Ideas is a community built on a simple truth: some of the world's most interesting ideas show up when your guard is down. That might be after a long run, during a late-night conversation, and yes, after the magic number of three drinks! We created this space so those sparks don't disappear into the ether. Instead, they land somewhere people can react and cheer them on. This is a place where creativity is on tap and there are no bad ideas.

Why We Exist

Three Drink Ideas was founded on three beliefs:

Whether you are sipping sweet tea, in a post-workout euphoria, or two drinks deep, this is your place to think out loud.

Who We Are

Deirdre Shearer

Deirdre, the originator of Three Drink Ideas, is a proud Dartmouth graduate who has invented countless things but never done anything with them. OCR text recognition- thought of that WAY before anyone else. A fridge that connects to your smartphone so you never have to remember if you have orange juice already, yup thought of that one too. Deirdre brings the spark, the humor, and the "let's actually build this" energy that fuels the platform.

Leon Shearer

Leon grew up in a household where big ideas were flowing but productivity was often slow. With a mind wired for systems, logic, and experimentation but a creative side that leads to ceramic sculptures of furries on rollerskates; Leon helps turn chaotic creativity into something that actually works.

Chuck Martin

Chuck is the organized, diligent, deeply experienced software developer who keeps the whole operation from spiraling into yet another idea gone to the wayside. With 20 years in project management, database administration, and general computer wizardry, he's the steady hand ensuring the platform is reliable, scalable, and ready for whatever ideas you throw at it.

What We're Building

Three Drink Ideas is more than a website - it's a growing ecosystem for:

We're building tools, prompts, and community features that make it easier than ever to think out loud and get smarter together.
